The UK campaign this project is named after in spirit: one public civil law, no religious courts. Led by Iranian secularist Maryam Namazie. Their 2011 pamphlet Enemies Not Allies warned against tying the cause to the far right.

Support and advocacy for people who leave Islam. Leaving a faith, hard speech, and the right to exit a religion — the core of religious freedom, not an attack on it.

U.S. nonprofit founded by Ayaan Hirsi Ali. Honor violence, FGM, child and forced marriage, and political Islamism. Helpline work plus state and federal advocacy.

Muslims and ex-Muslims in one coalition (Zuhdi Jasser and Yasmine Mohammed). Islamism as a political project; Muslims as equal citizens. This is what “we are not anti-Muslim” looks like in practice.
